This too: there is essentially nothing stopping you from doing so. This has been huge for me this year: realizing there are actually comparatively few things that require permission. Or, rather, the only person whose permission you haven’t gained is your own, just because you never realized that was the only one stopping you! (Well, not you, necessarily.) One can really just…do stuff. So many barriers are of our own making.
