		<description><![CDATA[I doubt that space will be completely off-limits to mankind. It will take time, effort, and one hell of a lot of research - particularly into alternative forms of propulsion (and I don&#039;t think an Orion vessel would be practical for anything short of extrasolar colonization missions, unless there&#039;s a hell of a lot more fissile material on Earth than we ever dreamed possible) - but we&#039;ll get back there eventually, even if it means partnering with companies like SpaceX.]]></description>
