1. Where were the accusations made? and by whom? 
If it was Ruskin making the accusations then it is noise and bluster (and probably a misdirection attempt)

2. Reading the original post at Attempting Elegance does not suffer from illogic or imbalance in my read of it - it factually lays out the library&#039;s situation and how ACS has been less than accommodating.]]></description>
